Dont let the outdated exterior and dark interior scare you away. Once I got moved to a table where I could actually read the menu and see food, I felt better about the experience. The filet and prime rib were cooked perfectly. The watermelon margaritas were yummy. It was a little pricy, but it is a tourist area.

Pop quiz. Name the closest restaurant near Panama City airport that would be open at around 7 pm tonight. Preferably ones that do not make me drive into Panama City proper with all the amateurs out on the road tonight. Alright….go!

Chris Anderson Another 5 miles down the road is Boar’s Head Restaurant and Tavern. It is one of my top 2 favorite restaurants in town. Prime rib to die for, their fish is ALWAYS fresh, grilled shrimp are superb, probably best desserts in town!

Chris Anderson Another 5 miles down the road is Boar’s Head Restaurant and Tavern. It is one of my top 2 favorite restaurants in town. Prime rib to die for, their fish is ALWAYS fresh, grilled shrimp are superb, probably best desserts in town!
