We’ve stayed across the street from Boars head for years and only had ordered their hamburgers TO GO, which where very good. Ate inside tonight for the first time. I had the filet which was flavored and cooked perfect medium. My wife and our friends had the bacon wrapped chargrilled shrimp which was perfect. I will be ordering that next time. They serve it with a pineapple dijon mustard sauce which is pure culinary genius. My friend had the boom boom shrimp appetizer and it was the bomb! Lisa our server did a great job as well.

Went tonight for first time. We were 2 couples. The prime rib was great. Very juicy and tasty and done exactly as we requested. Very friendly and professional waiter. Although the meal was very filling, we couldn’t pass up the dessert tray. Two of us had the key lime pie and the two ladies shared the very decadent chocolate cake. The desserts were as good as they looked. A great choice of restaurant. Comfortable and quaint decor. Would definitely visit again if in the area.
